Preparation and Usage
Refillable cleaning in three simple steps
1 Pour 470ml of water into your neat. bottle
2 Add the refill, and secure the trigger spray
3 Shake well, and you're good to go
Instructions for use: Dilute 30ml concentrate to 470ml or water. Spray, leave for 5 minutes then wipe. Leave to dry. Not suitable for unsealed surfaces. We recommend testing the product in a discreet spot before use. Wash hands after use.

Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection/face protection. IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of water. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes.
Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.

Works well
Such a good idea. Saves on packaging and waste. Works well and removes soap scum. Diluted it only lasts 3 months - so I wouldn't dilute all in one go. The fragrance is nice but possibly a bit too strong for some. I'll definitely buy again and try the rest of the range

Tiny bottles of concentrate
Add the contents of a tiny bottle of concentrate to an old washing up liquid bottle, or similar, and top up with water. This saves millions of litres of water being shipped round the country by lorry. I did also add some bicarb of soda to the bottle as I wanted something abrasive in the liquid to clean the bath.
