Preparation and Usage
1. Defrost
Leaving the dough in the wrapper, defrost in the fridge overnight, or at room temp for at least 4 hours. As the dough comes to life you'll notice it rise and grow - this is completely normal.
2. Heat
Bring your dough to room temp (so it's super stretchy) and crank up the oven to 240°C/ Gas Mark 9.
3. Flour
Dust a work surface, rolling pin and baking tray with flour.
4. Stretch N Roll
Stretch, roll and shape your dough into a rough, rustic, sorta-circular shape.
5. Top
Transfer the base to your floured tray, and top it off with a few of your favourite things.
6. Bake
Until the crust is golden brown, and delicious (around 8-10 mins).

So good!
Loved this! Definitely recommend for a great flavour.
perfect dough
The most tasty dough - love all the varieties of this dough. Beer crust is great with spicy toppings, and we always have a beer to toast this pizza too (yes it is hoppy). Love sourdough (as a pizza dough) with olives and ham. Original pizza dough also amazing. Cannot fault.
delicious
Really delicious! Love it on the outdoor pizza oven! Enjoyable.. like all the NDC range!
Northern Dough Beer Crust Pizza
Absolutely disgusting
Horrible
I got one that looked like chocolate dough and one a bit lighter. Very dense and no "puff" in outdoor pizza oven. Best from Northern Dough is the sourdough, better than the pizza version in pizza oven
Off-putting colour and VERY malty/hoppy taste
I was shocked to see the colour of the dough, and found it quite hard to shape it, even at room temperature. Once cooked the colour of the crust was even more off-putting and the flavour was quite overpowering. One for real beer lovers I think, and if youre not worried about the appearance. But I wouldnt buy it again.
