Storage
Preparation and Usage
1. Heat
Pre-heat to 190 ̊C / 170 ̊C fan/ Gas Mark 5.
2. Soften
Take your cookie dough out of the freezer 5-10 mins before you're ready to bake - so it's easier to slice.
3. Slice
Our dough makes 8-10 cookies (approx. 1cm thick). But you can slice off as much or as little as you want and return the rest to the freezer.
4. Bake
Line a baking tray and space the cookies, leaving room for them to spread. Bake for 8-14 mins (depending on whether you enjoy them gooey or crunchy) on the middle shelf.
5. Cool
Leave them to cool for as long as you can bear, and enjoy! In the unlikely event of leftovers - store in an airtight container, best consumed in 24 hours.

Brand
We started The Northern Dough Co because we love all things bakery, the making as much as the munching. Getting our hands on the dough, shaping it, popping it in the oven, and the smell of freshly baked treats filling the kitchen. It's more than great food, it's a great experience and it's one we wanted to share.

Delicious!
Lovely and chocolatey, cooked until they were a little crisp on the outside and a little bit gooey/chewy on the inside, served with vanilla icecream. Delicious!
Black Pudding Hockey Pucks
Well they went into the oven looking like slices of black pudding and came out virtually the same. Politely described as hockey pucks by my son and his friends (they didn't finish them). Don't believe the hype on the non-recyclable plastic packaging. Will stick with the M&S ones when I need a 'descended upon' quick treat.
Awful
I had great hopes for these. Very disappointing. They dont change shape at all in the oven, which makes me wonder why. The taste is unpleasant and very stodgy. Just all round a lot of money for nothing. I threw the remainder away.
Delightful treat
Such an easy pudding with vanilla icecream highly recommend. Served 9 of us.
Far too sweet
I’ve a sweet tooth but these were far too sweet, even for me. Baked for 9mins for a squidgy cookie but not long enough, very soft and sugar still granular.
greatest treat
Straight from the freezer, cooked fresh in 15 mins. Super delicious.
