Directions for Use:
Suitable for use in washing machine drawer or dosing ball placed directly into washing machine drum.
1 full cap holds 40ml
Dosage: 4-5kg load - Soft/Medium Water
Light/Normal soil: 30ml
Heavy soil: 45ml
Dosage: 4-5kg load - Hard Water
Light/Normal soil: 45ml
Heavy soil: 60ml
Dosage: 6-8kg load - Soft/Medium Water
Light/Normal soil: 45ml
Heavy soil: 60ml
Dosage: 6-8kg load - Hard Water
Light/Normal soil: 60ml
Heavy soil: 75ml

Care Instructions:
Follow garment manufacturer's washing instructions. Do not pour detergent directly onto clothes.

No good if you have sensitive skin
I'm sure this is great for some people, but switching to this from my regular non-bio I quickly developed irritated red skin/rashes in some areas of my legs. Discontinued use and will go back to my old non-bio.

Good value
Does the job and good value. I generally don't get things too mucky so no idea what it's like if you're doing more hard core washing, but no complaints. I generally use the eco wash and stuff comes out clean.
