tender and tasty
really nice sliced into a pitta with salad
tasty and tender
we've had this a few times now on our order and it's always been lovely and tender and easy to cook. we have it with hoisin sauce and stir fry veg or as a roast, or coated with a rub, maybe it depends on how you cook it? but it's definitely a winner with us.
great value & easy to cook
I buy this all the time. I dont understand the negative reviews. Its lean meat, its great value and its easy to cook. The cooking instructions given are fine - slice it and pan fry. I like to make stroganoff with it, or coat the slices in breadcrumbs and make katsu curry.
inedible
Like trying to eat rubber. Cooked as per instructions. All gone to the food bin

Fabulous piece of meat. Removed any silver skin left behind, rubbed some oil on, seasoned, then in the air fryer at 200 for 20 minutes. Rested for five and cut into fillets, absolutely perfect and tender!
