Great alternative to crisps

I love this cooked in the air fryer for 5 mins with a few sprays of frylight and a bit of salt.

We eat kale most days crispy mainly. You need to pick out the stalks before cooking.

crispy kale yummo!

Wash and drain. Tosh lightly in olive oil and salt. Place in single layer evenly on baking trays. Bake and turn every so often. Serve when crispy. Compliments so many dishes. Nice texture.
