Boil: 4-5 mins
Cut off the tops and discard. Peel carrots if preferred and cut into uniformed sized pieces - sliced or batons. Boil the carrots until tender. Drain well and serve.

The photo shows 10-15 carrots, there were 4 huge carrots much bigger than any I have ever seen before. They are tough and tasteless. They should change the image. It does it represent the product.
12/05/24 - These were lovely carrots - I eat a lot of raw ones, so nice size, sweet and not woody was important. The last 3 deliveries have been terrible. Massive size and woody - about 3 in a kg! Only suitable for soup or stews. What has happened to quality control? I kept re-ordering, thinking it was an aberration but sadly not. Now I have to buy elsewhere, which is annoying when you hope to get all your shopping in one place.
