A good alternative to fresh berries
Having purchased fresh blueberries regularly when on offer, I was surprised to read that frozen ones have more nutrients due to being frozen quickly at source. So we tried these frozen ones in our cereal and we are happy to report that they taste fine. Not as plump or as large as fresh, but the flavour is there, and they won't go off, unlike the fresh ones. Seeing as the price is steadily rising, we may stick to these in the future. Although, they do turn your cereal milk grey as they defrost, which doesn't bother us in the slightest.
my favourite & prefer them to fresh.
Love these, no preparation, just take out to defrost when needed. I top with authentic Greek yoghurt. Absolutely delish.
The best frozen blueberries
I always purchase a bag of these on my weekly shop.
Seriously Couldnt Taste Anything
Threw these in the bin, they were terrible. Absolutely tasteless I am really confused at all the great reviews? I made a blueberry smoothie and all they did was make nasty tasting purple water.
Tasteless
These are terrible, the only taste i get from these are synthetic and nothing like real blueberries at all, it almost looks like they have had coloring added to them, i will stick to my usual fresh ones and wont be going near these again.
great quality
Lovely berries, good flavour. Handy to have in the freezer.
