I often buy Ocado own brand as its usually very good quality but I was really disappointed with this and ended up binning most of the bag. Puts me off buying it again

good for my dog

I buy this for my dog who is on steroids so is always hungry! Good for her but for me I would prefer less stalk. It tastes ok though

poor quality - loads of bad bits

Pale, not much flavour, loads of brown and grey bits

in one very icy chunk. looked like it had become defrosted & then re-frozen. Lots of black mould. This happened twice, two weeks apart. On the second occasion I emailed to raise my concerns. A very polite person called to say they had raised this, I am not sure with who, they also assured me that the defrost/refreeze definitely did not happen. I was given a refund on both occasions.

Not great quality

Lots of grey and black bits so ended up throwing some bits away or having to cut bits off once cooked. Very different size florets as well and overall not great quality. Wont buy again.

Black Bits, and defrosted and re\-frozen?

These used to be a good buy, but just lately they have had lots of black and brown patches, and don't look fresh. They have also been delivered in one large lump, suggesting they have defrosted and been re-frozen. Disappointing.
