Crystallises
As soon as the pot is opened it quickly Crystallises. I will not purchases again.

crystallised as soon as it was opened. haven't had that issue with this one before but see others now had same experience
Its hard to squeeze solid honey
Its frustrating. Weve bought this several times, and will learn my lesson now and not buy again. We keep getting about an inch in, and then honey solidifies and becomes uncomfortably grainy. Steeping in hot water is annoying when you want to use a small amount and quickly, and can still be grainy, which isnt as nice to eat. Dont put the bottle in the microwave - itll heat up the honey very quickly, but the plastic is not heatproof, so it warps the bottle! Probably not good for your health I end up using it for cooking, unscrewing the lid and chopping off a squeeze, but its no good for my morning yoghurt. I now have three barely-used bottles for cooking. :-( I wont be buying again. Its a false economy for the price as really Im only able to use the first inch as nice runny honey.
crystallises very quickly
Tastes fine but crystallised half way down the bottle so wont be buying it again.
