Freeze on or before Use By date. Use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly before cooking and consume on day of defrosting. Do not refreeze.
Instructions
Oven: 190ºC / Fan 170ºC / Gas 5.
25-30 mins
Loosely wrap in lightly oiled foil to form a parcel. Place on a baking tray in the middle of a preheated oven.
Caution: Take care when opening parcel as steam may escape.

a great price per kg
This feeds our family of 3 perfectly and fits into our air fryer making for a speedy meal. We also like how it marintes well too.
what's happened ?
this used to be great however glad I read a few reviews before consuming the last one we bought. at first glance the package looked extremely milky and the fluid around the fish looked very off (white yellowly). opening it of course it smelt fishy but this was a whole lot smellier than normal.... clearly it was off. it was one day before BB .... should still have been OK but it all went in the bin. terrible smell.
used to be ok
Last piece was tail end and not as good as usual. It used to be lovely and good quality. Ive noticed a few products are going downhill. Ocado not been the same since venture with M and S.

Whilst the quality of farmed salmon can be very hit and miss, this was superb. No fattiness whatsoever, just flaky meat. Will be buying again
