Sent as a substitute

With 4 days life I was expecting nice soft rolls, what I got was unappetising dry rolls on the day of delivery. My solution is to stop baking any rolls in batches of 6 because the 4 outer rolls are almost throw away on day one because they get too much direct heat. Tomorrow 2 will be toasted and most likely 2 more will hit the bin.

Small but tasty

Small rolls but nice and soft and seem to keep relatively well. Good for packed lunches.
