only 2 ply now and very rough
I am usually an ocado product fan but this toilet. Paper has definitely fallen victim to profits up and quality down. The latest batch felt thin and I saw that its only 2 ply - Im sure it used to be 3ply? Also noticeably rougher - scratched my nose when blowing which it never did before. Back to waitrose for me while its stillll 3 ply and soft.

Not bad for cheap toilet roll. Yes theyve always been small, however, I think recently theyve got even smaller????
