Preparation and Usage

Thawing. Cook until internal temperature reaches minimum of 75°C. Cooking times may vary depending on appliance. Deep-fry fillets in pre-heated oil at 180°C (4-5 mins). Air-fry at 190°C for 12 mins. Flip and air-fry for 4 more mins. Bake fillets in pre-heated oven at 220°C and flip halfway through (18-20 mins). |

wonderful
I adore these with chips and vegetables or with rice and veg. Great texture and taste.
Surprisingly Good and Not too Calorific
Was pleasantly surprised by these. The flavour is mild, but when paired with fries and peas they do satisfy that pang for good old fish and chips! The low calorie aspect was an added bonus - especially as meat replacements seem to be becoming increasingly more calorific.

Its a no from me
Eat a lot of vegan junk and this isnt worth it, especially as its been shipped around the world. Bland, pretty tasteless and its expensive.
A tasty fish alternative
I respect the poor reviews but I cant agree, I really enjoyed these for what they are and not so heavy in fat & calories for a battered product. They remind me of a mix between potato fritters and the quorn Fishless fillets you used to be able to get. Im stocking up while on offer and recommend trying for yourself if you enjoy this type of food occasionallyor often!

Utterly disgusting. Texture, taste, smell. The whole pack went in the bin.
