Preparation and Usage
Recommended use
Take 1 sachet daily, preferably with breakfast. The contents of this sachet are orosoluble and may be taken directly into the mouth or dissolved in a glass of water and consumed immediately. For best results take daily for at least 3 months.
Optibac For Cholesterol may be taken on an ongoing basis and can be taken alongside statins or other lowering medication. Do not stop or reduce the dose of your cholesterol lowering medication without the support of your doctor.

Is it 60 or 30? 30 sachets = 30 days What does the 60 mean? Ocado please correct.

New formula \- Powder sachets
Optibac repackaged these last year and changed the capsules to a powder formula which is pleasant an easy to take. The powder incorporates the Plantarum strains as before with the addition of ALA as omega 3 and is now Vegan friendly. Definitely worth taking.

Not capsules
These are not the capsules that are advertised that I’ve used before- they are sachets which contain a sweetener that I’m allergic to

Misadvertised
Misleading description by Ocado, boasting 60 tablets. To me, that's 2 month's supply but no, there are 2 sets of tablets and you have to take both. Only one month's supply then! I feel conned.
