stodgy and not great!
I followed the instructions and filled the water to the line, stirred and left for 8 minutes and when I opened it up it had a wet stodgy mass on the top with the seasonings which tasted exactly like Gefen! Once you get past the congealed mass at he top, you have a more solid lump at the bottom. So it was a half and half of solid mass and congealed mass but all in one pot! It wasnt great and if I wanted Gefen taste I would have just bought some!

Surprisingly good!
I usually find couscous a bit boring but this is lovely - a good standby meal
