This is actually great the Siberian ginseng is in . My performance gets hyped when I mixed with protein powder. Might be for those who are sporty and hard working people with stresses and pressures. Will buy again

My favourite

I love the whole range and we mix and match from them all, but this is my favourite. They are truly delicious and while obviously there's more free sugar in pureed fruit, if this is the worst thing people are eating their diet is pretty fantastic! I love the ease with which I can boost the range of fruits, veggies and spices/herbs in the family diet at the same time as providing a treat. It's a win in every possible way.

Quick and convenient

These are great for a health boosting start to the day. I first tried it with plain water, which made it taste very clean so I then tried it with coconut water and it transformed it. So easy to pop in the blender and go, I highly recommend these.

Nice flavours

These are a good flavour mix. With both the frozen fruit pack and the powder sachet, it feels like a good balanced of nutrients. Unfortunately one pack had what must have been a cherry pit in it, and I didn't realise until I was sucking up shard after shard of shattered shell. I thought it was a tooth! I hope the blender survived.

Exactly what the doctor\x27s ordered

I replaced my multi-vitamins with these smoothie kits and feel so much better.
