Preparation and Usage

How to Use
Perfect for blending, baking, snacking and adding to porridge, yogurt, cereal and desserts - simply defrost for 30 minutes. For smoothies blend from frozen.

Recipes

Berry Blend Smoothie (Serves 1)
70g berry blend / 70g banana / 1 date / 1 tbsp nut butter / 200ml almond milk
1. Add ingredients to your blender
2. Add approximately 200ml of almond milk
3. Blend to your desired consistency

Berry Blend Porridge (Serves 1)
40g oats / 250ml coconut milk / 1 tbsp nut butter / 50g berry blend / 1 tbsp maple syrup
1. Gently cook oats and coconut milk in a pan
2. Once ready, stir through nut butter and berry blend
3. Add maple syrup and your choice of toppings
