Undrinkable
PG Tips have changed their tea bags and they now taste revolting. I loved the pyramid tea bags but these new flat tea bags are absolutely disgusting. Avoid like the plague.
bring back the previous blend!
So we went from square to round to pyramid and back to square. Fine! But dont tell me you didnt change the blend! For a minute I thought I bought a sub brand by mistake. Shocking taste!
bring back pyramids and the previous blend
After 40 years of only buying pg tips, cant bear the new flavour so have switched to Yorkshire tea.
eek!
Pg tips listen to your customers. Bring back the pyramids!!
absolutely revolting
What more can I say? I always bought PG Tips since 1978. But what have they done to the tea? It tastes dreadful. No flavour at all. I wont be buying them anymore.
Downgraded tea!
I'll be honest I've always had PG, my parents and grandparents before them have always had PG. I was pretty concerned about what they have done to them after reading the recent reviews. I always thought the whole pyramid bag thing was just a gimmick, so I'm not bothered about that. But I have to say the overall quality of the bags has been downgraded. I've not had one split or tear, but they just feel cheaper. The actual tea itself seems fine to me. Maybe I'm not a discerning as some of the other reviewers, but I don't really think I can taste any difference!
