Vinification Details
This Sauvignon Blanc Blush is vinified as a white wine. Once crushed and pressed at 8 C, the juice is fermented in a temperature controlled stainless steel tank at 13°C to retain the wine’s freshness and aromatics. After fermentation, a splash of Merlot was added to get a nice light pink colour and a fresh and fruity attractive palate. After some lees contact with selected batches, it is assembled as a wine.

Okay
Not a bad wine for easy summer drinking but there are far nicer options. I enjoy a Sauvignon blanc and I like a rose wine in summer, so this sounded perfect, was a little disappointed, but not bad.

Perfect summer wine
This is a very nice rose. Not at all acidic and not too sweet either, it's perfect for a summer evening and excellent value when on offer.
