Good water bottle
Ours worked well. The click spring mechanism to raise or flatten the spout was effective. Its quite a large bottle, too, so we found it a useful size. It was easy to wash.

Doesnt suck up water properly
I had to return this item as the straw doesnt suck the water properly, it takes up too much air and makes an awful noise. Not a good design.

Faulty
The straw doesn't properly attach to the mouth piece - so when trying to use the mouth piece to drink - hardly any water is drawn up. This makes it unusable.
