Navy Strength Gimlet: 
The Gimlet is perhaps the most well known of all the naval cocktails and is a staple on many a cocktail menu having originated in the late 19th Century. 
Ingredients:
40mls Portobello Road Navy Strength
20mls Roses Lime Cordial
Seasonal flower
Slice of lime
Preparation:
Pour the gin into a large glass with fresh ice, followed by the lime cordial. Garnish with lime and a seasonal flower. 


Army & Navy
The Army & Navy is a citrus delight with its short but punchy character. The English Sea Salt in it beautifully complements the citrus element of the drink so much so that no garnish is required for this cocktail!
Ingredients:
60ml Portobello Road Navy Strength Gin
8ml Giffard’s Orgeat
15ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
Preparation: 
Add all of the ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice, shake well and strain into a chilled coupe glass.
