Great sugar replacement
Absolutely love this is coffee or making sugar free mojitos
Good for what it is
Erythritol is an alchohol, so less sweet than sugar and has a cooling effect on the tongue. Given all of that, if you know how to use it properly (its really not great for cooking; best in cold goods) this pack is decent value. Losses some marks for marketing itself as "ideal sugar substitute" which it absolutely IS NOT as its not stable when cooked. Also laxative in large quantities so use with care!

This should be in all chocolate and desserts by now -shows what a stranglehold the sugar companies have when there is this incredible alternative with zero calories and is even positively good for your teeth. At first I thought it smelled a little of vanilla -it’s very similiar to xylitol but xylitol has some calories. And it’s a byproduct of the brewing industry so freely and cheaply available. The more people that know about it the better -it could see an end to illnesses like diabetes, there just needs to be consumer pressure -there’s no reason why sugar companies couldn’t start to produce this instead. I tell everyone about it because sugar is pretty much just a nasty toxin that we love but is as harmful as any addiction. I really hope this is the future
Horrible, went in the bin
Tried this as an alternative to sugar/splenda but despite using heaped spoonfuls it added very little sweetness and was gritty and grainy and went in the bin
You need to use a bit more than sugar
This was a treat to find when trying keto. Its also suitable to use when fasting. Dont overdo though. If you are on the 16:8 or 5:2 you can still have a coffee how you like it with this sugar alternative and unsweetened almond milk. Its a nice size bag (small) to fit in my rucksack to go to the office with. Its not as sweet as sugar so for 1 spoon of sugar:1.5-2 spoons of this.
The cooling effect is horrible
I didnt think it would be that bad in Keto cookies but they are near enough inedible for me although my daughter thinks they are ok. Husband wont go near them.
