MSG not good

Monosodium Glutamate flavour enhancer with a fair few side effects. Often used in Chinese takeaways look it up! You really have to be so careful these days its a minefield out there.

Great for adding a bit of spice into your meals. I love adding it to grilled veggies and chicken, it elevates the dishes to another level.
