I always add this to potatoes or wedges in the oven. Works so well flavour wise. I also use it alongside fresh garlic in cooking for more depth of flavour and a thickening agent.

Fantastic product

This is the first time i have used this brand in garlic powder and i must say i am impressed. The powder dissolves easily into the dish whether hot or cold, and has a very robust flavour. It really is the best of the garlic powders available on Ocado. Fantastic

Full flavour and multiple uses.

Both garlic powder and onion powder are stronger than their granule cousins. I prefer the powders for this reason and that they mix easily into soup,stew etc and also for marinades and dry coatings before shallow frying,grilling or baking.

Great tasting

I have started using this in all of my cooking. I find it has a slightly stronger taste and aroma then most so i don't have to use as much. Would continue to use this and buy more.
