Like oily sand

Hadn't bought tahini before, wish I had read reviews first. Too disgusting, gave up and threw away the cracker I had spread it on. Made me think of oily sand texture-wise and tasted unpleasant as well.

I thought it had gone off!

On opening this jar, I thought it smelled a bit weird - almost as if it had gone off. Made my own hummus and after reading reviews on here, Im reassured that it is edible but thats about it. Weird bitter after taste. Dont waste your cash.

Raw Health tahini. Worst thing I’ve ever had.

More grit in the jar than sesame seeds. I have bought 2 jars and want to return them! How can they be allowed to sell this? What other rubbish is in these jars?

Contains grit

I don't mind this being natural wholesome. The issue I have is that it also contains grit at least in the jar I bought last week - not pleasant when biting into grit
