Really disappointed - no flavour

I expected this to be smooth and delicious, with lots of flavour. It was very bland and not even the gelato texture I expected. The strongest flavour is the peanuts and they dont particularly complement this and is the only long lasting taste. In a blind tasting, I would say its a cheap generic brand. Will not buy any of this brand again.

A personal favourite!

Yum! I really liked the crunchy peanuts and of course the caramel layer. The sweet and salty balance was perfect.

Overpriced and underwhelming

At least the jar is useful.

Unimpressive and overpriced.

Peanut topping didn't give me that nice roasted peanut flavour I was expecting, more reminiscent of raw peanuts I used to pick out of pods as a child. Salted caramel was too salted and not generous enough. Carefully squeezed around the edge and little in the middle like a motorway service station sandwich, all for show. Much much better on the market for the price. I bought mine at half price and still wasn't worth it for me.

Over Egged

this did not live up to expectations. the top layer was so salted it was definitely savory.. the caramel sauce is not as it appears from the outside, it's just around the edge of the jar and actually I've had much nicer caramel sauce. the ice cream is lovely and smooth and creamy but the flavour is kind of lost with the sweetness. I've yet to find better than the hackney gelato butterscotch- this was a contender before I tried it but it's not hit the spot at all. sorry just being honest.

Tasted better

I bought this when half price but even so I was surprised by how small it was. It was not worth it even at half price as Judes and Haagen Dazs salted caramel ice cream is much nicer. Found it too sweet and sickly but with a strange bitter aftertaste. Would not buy again.
