It is very much like Vienetta in another form. The cheap taste comes from glucose syrup. If you’re wondering why you don’t like ice cream much as before it’s because they’re using cheap ingredients. It’s becoming very hard to find just sugar. I’m disappointed in this product, branding looks luxurious and deceptive.

Mostly Vanilla

The photo is deceptive, it implies layers of chocolate and vanilla with a layer of sauce, if fact this is mostly vanilla gelato with a ring of chocolate gelato and sauce at the bottom. It tastes good though

It's not what you see

the chocolate you think you can see is in fact nothing more than a smear around the inside of the tub. Very bland and disappointing. This is literally false advertising

vanilla with a touch of chocolate

as long as you don't expect a chocolate desert this is quite nice. but they should change the name and description! not worth more than an offer price of £3.

Pure deception

Romeo marketed it 0% artificial, 100% natural, 200% Italian they forgot to add 300% deception. This is because when you read the product description and see the packing, all you see is a lot of chocolate. But when you open it, its 80% vanilla inside. The created a trick by covering the side of the box with chocolate but the rest is vanilla. Pure deception. Not buying it again.

The layers are an illusion

This dessert was really disappointing. From the packaging it seems there would be equal layers but it's mostly vanilla ice cream with 1cm ring of the other flavours. We had even brought the raspberry version and it had the same problem. I wish I had read the reviews carefully as others have mentioned it too. The taste of the ice cream was fine, a bit bland, but not worth the price.
