This pale pink rosé comes from grapes grown at high altitudes in Mendoza. The grapes are gently crushed for soft extraction to balance colour and add depth of flavour, the wine then undergoes cool temperature fermentation, in order to retain freshness and fruit aromas.

Not Good

Not sure if I had a different batch to the previous 5* review, but this bottle tasted like the dregs of the barrel that still needed fermenting. YUK, undrinkable. I don't give up on wines instantly, so gave it a good shake, replaced the lid and put back in the fridge. After 5 days of tasting and shaking, the taste improved enough to mix with another wine to save wasting it.

Delicious!

This wine really over delivered! It tastes just like a much more expensive Provence rose. Its dry, light, and full of red berry flavours. And I love that a tree is planted as well!!
