nice flavour full of salt
We were looking forward to trying this. Lovely flavour/ texture but sooo salty we couldnt finish it. Theres no point having a selling point of organic soup etc if its totally overloaded with salt and harming your overall health Wont be buying again
Wow, that's spicy!
Very tasty and makes a nice change from traditionally flavoured soups. Be warned if you can't handle chilli as this is punchy! Only reason i have marked it down to 4 stars is because it's a bit on the salty side, but this won't stop me buying it again.
Tasty and spicy
We really enjoyed this although if you dont tolerate chilli well, you may struggle. For a tinned soup, this is excellent and I cant think of a better one. Nothing bland about it and it has unexpected spice notes (eg cinnamon). Good texture too, not too watery. I reckon this could pass for homemade.
Surprisingly good
I do agree it may be a little salty or spicey for some tastes, but I think its delicious. I tend to prefer to cook from scratch. However the odd time when you need an emergency easy meal is always in my cupboard and this has now earned its place there. It tastes fresh not processed and I think its lovely.
Some like it Hot!!
This soup took me by surprise! It certainly packs a hot punch! Boom! However, it's quite thick and with a little water added (and served with some yoghurt stirred in to offset the heat), it's a tasty soup and not just hot for hot's sake! Just need to wait for my mouth to stop burning though.
Wet dust with a hint of pepper
It's been a while since I've opened a can Grim: but this is pure, unadulterated grimness in a handy can. Tastes of hopelessness and low-expectations. If that's your thing, this is perfect.
