1856 Carnaroli Risotto with Tomato and Basil

Our delicious 1856 risotto range is prepared according to traditional and authentic recipes.  

There are 4 varieties: Porcini Mushroom, Saffron, Vegetables and Tomato and Basil.  

All flavours are gluten free and 100% Italian, mixing high quality dehydrated ingredients with Carnaroli, our best rice.

Easy to cook, lovely flavour

This was a very easy to prepare great tasting risotto. It says serves three, Id say thats if eaten as a starter or quite small lunch portion two as a decent filling main meal. Also took a little longer to cook than the 15-20 mins stated. Half hour and it was perfect. Have ordered again as well as another flavour to try.
