Preparation and Usage
1 - Empty 600 ml of water in a saucepan and bring to boil.
2 - Empty the content of the bag in the boiling water and cook for 12 minutes on a medium heat without cover. Stir occasionally, until all the water is completely absorbed. For your personal final touch, add butter and parmesan cheese, as you like.

Easy and good value
Great standby and would be good for camping or self-catering holiday. Not much speck, but 2 generous portions. I added cooked frozen peas, butter and Parmesan at end of cooking.
Foul smell
This absolutely stank and ended up in the bin. It has a really really pungent smell, that unfortunately is most reminiscent of vomit. I like pecorino / grana padano / parmesan so right this would be a good choice, but this was just terrible.
giant size packaging for small amount
Have yet to cook this but am genuinely shocked at the fact that the packaging is THREE times the size of its content. Wish I could post a photo
Decent quick meal
I added steamed asparagus, pan-fried mushrooms and some fresh Speck to this, otherwise I think it would have been a little boring. Definitely needs longer cooking than instructed, around 20 minutes. I've used this brand before so was aware of this, so I added an extra 100ml of water.
Not special
Took a lot longer to cook than stated, I added extra butter and parmesan but it was still bland. May be ok as a base to add extra veg and ham.
