Vinification Details
The leaves are thinned on the vines during grape maturation and managed using the royat cordon training method. The grapes are de-stemmed and undergo a two week fermentation on their skins. Low pneumatic pressing takes place before the wine is matured in stainless steel tanks after light fining.

Nice

It's hard to leave the first review when you know nothing about wine, but the bottle of this I have just shared with the other half was very drinkable indeed - light but solid and an excellent accompaniment to a Chinese takeaway and probably lots of other food too and on its own while you're at it. In this day and age, nicely priced at £9 and 25 pence.
