The Ultimate. Our First.
Rude Health started with this muesli, The Ultimate. We didn't know the rules of making a breakfast cereal, we just thought: what if there was no limit to the quality and quantity of ingredients? We balanced a great blend of grains until we couldn't improve the texture, then we added absolutely all the ingredients that got us excited. It might be our first muesli, but it is still our ultimate.

How We Like It
What could you possibly add to something with 21 ingredients? We enjoy ours with Organic milk and crank up Jimi Hendrix's Ultimate Experience as an accompaniment.

Perfect in every way!

This is glorious! A perfect balance of crunchy, chewy, creamy, sweet and nutty - the flavours and textures are exceptional. I soak them overnight in Plenish Organic Vegan Milk, as grains and seeds only unlock their nutritional benefits when soaked, sprouted, cracked/ground for optimum absorption. It also makes them easier to digest and adds a gloriously smooth, soft and creamy consistency. Top with fresh berries or organic grapes sprinkled with a little organic cinnamon - divine! I love Alara Organic Superfoods Muesli, Alara Organic Fruits & Seeds Muesli, Alara Organic Crispy Fruit Muesli and Rude Health Ultimate Organic Muesli for all the same reasons. They are all exquisite, top quality, nutritious, delicious organic mueslis – and British. Perfect in every respect and worth every penny!

Yummy breakfast!

We absolutely love this Rude Health Ultimate Muesli. With a couple of spoonfuls of yoghurt, this went down a treat and was mouth-wateringly good. So good! Bought on a special multibuy offer so the price was reasonable, will order again as a hit in our house.

Bland in taste and texture

Title says it all. Way too many oats. Fruit is not so sweet. Was expecting something stand out with loads of flavour, but its poor. The texture monotonous, virtually no crunch. Maybe they need to toast the oats or something? Its really lacking. Despite all the other ingredients, the overriding flavour is dried apple (which there is very little of it), cinnamon and bland oats. It might be better described as Raw Oat Muesli.

I was really looking forward to this...

from the description it was supposed to be the ultimate, but unfortunately the overwhelming taste was oats. I know this is muesli, but I was rather hoping to taste all the other 22 ingredients,. I even got half a walnut to crunch on but in comparison with the oats I only saw it as it went into my mouth. And no, I don't have covid and usually have good taste buds. So I continue my search for a low sugar, low salt, tasty organic cereal
