food poisoning
Weve been buying this salmon on a regular basis without issue. Something has changed and Ocado is not addressing it. My entire family has been violently sick after consuming the latest delivery. I messaged to tell them but havent had a response. Subsequently messaged to cancel my Smart Pass and they responded within two hours trying to retain my subscription without addressing the food poisoning issue. Ocado, this is not okay.
Rotten fish
I bought these before and they were good so I ordered them again. As soon as I opened the package last night, 3 days before the expiration date, the smell of rotten fish hit me. The fish was swimming in pinkish slimy water and the texture of the fish was very soft and mushy. Absolutely horrible and a health hazard and shouldnt be sold.
should not be sold. Where is quality control ?
Same as other review. Very bad smell from the fish, unusual colour for salmon, out of date is on the 17th of May
Never got to eat it.
I think the use by date should be adjusted. Opened it on last use by date but I think it had been off for some time. Absolutely ponged so went in the bin.
Not fresh
I agree with the other reviews below. The salmon was swimming in liquid and it was mushy and smelled. Binned.
oddest looking salmon ever!
Looked revolting when in the packet, odd colour and full of suspicious looking liquid! It was ok to eat but cant say I was looking forward to it.
