190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas 5, 18-23 minutes
Preheat oven. Loosely wrap each fillet in lightly oiled foil to form individual parcels. Place on a baking tray on middle shelf of oven.

Take care when opening parcel as steam may escape.
Check food is piping hot throughout before serving.

Only buy these when on flash sale, but each time have been good. Easy to cook and flavourful, particularly good with M&S lemon and dill sauce.
tails, always
Tails are inferior quality and should be priced differently. The tail pieces are much thinner compared to regular fillets, chewy and with a lager percentage of brown fat which gives a strong unpleasant fishy flavour. Please Ocado address this problem with the suppliers as this is unacceptable.
