Working with experts, I adapted my Granny's oat cookie recipe to cut down the sugar content by using naturally sweet chicory root fibre, to make a great healthier lunchbox and after school snack for your busy kids on the go.

Lovely

More like a cookie shaped flapjack than a cookie, but delicious. 7 year old son and husband very happy to have these in their lunchboxes.

Good but too expensive

Really good. Chewy and sweet but not sickly. They are very thin but still filling given the oats. The price is ridiculous though. Hard to justify them as a regular purchase.

Tasty but..

I liked these, they are oaty and chewy, however they are too thin to be a cookie, more like a thin biscuit.
