Preparation and Usage

- Always perform an allergy alert test 48 hours prior to colouring
- For long or thick hair we recommended using two packs
- This shade is recommended for hair colours bleached blonde to light blonde
- Results may vary on previously coloured hair
- Use a clarifying/deep cleanse shampoo 48 hours prior to application
- Check application range to ensure your natural hair is suitable for your chosen shade
1. Preparation:
- Always perform an Allergy Alert Test 48 hours before each time you colour, even if you've used the product before
- Before applying your colour, cover your clothing with an old towel/cape and put on gloves provided
- Apply to dry, unwashed hair
2. Mixing:
- Unscrew nozzle of Developer Lotion. Pierce the LIVE Colour Cream tube and carefully squeeze the entire contents into the Developer Lotion bottle
- Replace the application nozzle and shake until all components are thoroughly mixed
3. Application:
- Follow application process for either first-time or root regrowth application
- Leave formula to develop for 20-30 minutes
4. Rinsing:
- Rinse hair under warm water until water runs clear
5. Conditioning:
- Apply LIVE Care Conditioner and leave in for 2 minutes
- Rinse thoroughly, hair is left feeling soft and shiny

Definitely NOT permanent
This was nice, although not particularly noticeable to others, until the first wash then it was gone!

Not for me
Given this as a review product and decided not to use it as it is too permanent. Having said that, it comes with everything you need and good instructions and its a reliable brand. I may well use it in future when I fancy a change but for now will stick with my regular hair colourant.

Dreadful
Oh god. Used this on previously lightened hair and its left me with a sort of green tinge. It looks awful -Im off to the hairdresser tomorrow to correct it! Also, I wish theyd jump on the olaplex bandwagon (as most other home dye brands have) as their so-called after treatment was worse than my regular conditioner. Had to add extra leave in conditioner before blow drying!

Good for lightened hair
My daughter used this as she wasnt happy with her lightened hair and was pleased with with the result.

I thought I was about to go purple...
... thankfully the frightening purple/lilac tones disappeared once I'd dried my hair. I used this on previously bleached blonde hair and it's come out looking the same as on the box but I'm not as young or pretty.

good as a toner on coloured hair
Tried this without high hopes ,but its great on hair that is yellowing to bring it back to ash I am in my 60s so thought to long in the tooth for silver but 18 minutes and its a lovely silvery ash all yellow gone no blue at all just a lovely dark ash with silvery hints smashing
