1: Simply fry 3-4 diced chicken breasts in a little oil until browned.
2: Add the sauce and simmer for 3 more minutes until all is cooked through.
Please ensure food is fully cooked and piping hot before serving.

Truly horrific
As others have noted it wasn't that hot, but was really sour and vinegary. Neither of us had more than a couple of mouthfuls and it went in the bin
Quite authentic Goan Vindaloo
As a frequent traveller to Goa I thought Id give this sauce a try for a midweek tea ,my spouse and I agreed its tasty and quite similar as in piquant to original Goan Vindaloo sauce . Dont mistake it to a uk or other Asian Vindaloo as it isnt ,its really quite tasty .Give it a try with an open mind .
Not hot
OK, so with a different opinion to the other reviewers, I actually quite liked the taste of this curry sauce. However, and I know chilli heat is a subjective thing, I would not call this vindaloo heat in any way shape or form. Mild spicing, certainly less chilli heat than madras for sure. No sweating, no burning, no reaching for the mouth cooling beer, nothing. So not a vindaloo as far as I am concerned.

Absolutely awful sauce, its got the heat but the taste has a undertone of vinegar, if I could give this zero stars I would have. Definitely dont waste your money on this.
