great!
Melts well, perfect topping for pizza (I think papa johns used to use this one) and is good on macaroni cheese. Does this taste and smell like real mozzarella? Probably not but its good nonetheless
love this sheese
could just eat this straight from the package. Great alone or melted or as an ingredient. love with a red sause but gets lost in a white sause. This has been a firm favourite for years and has kepted its place as new vegan cheese enters the market
Don\x27t expect cheesy flavour
This tastes like salty coconut. Sadly, not a good alternative to dairy cheese.
The best
This is the best dairy free grated mozzarella Ive tried. Melts well, tastes good, good texture. Great on pizza or pasta. Definitely a regular for us :)
Not in the style of Mozzarella
Tried one of these again recently, because I'd had one a year ago and liked it. I'm vegan for 3 years, but still remember what non-vegan things taste like. This was *not* like a Mozzarella at all. If anything the flavour seemed more like a blue cheese. And the texture was not soft and light. And it doesn't melt, I'll avoid this for a while. Perhaps the recipe changed and will get fixed again next year?
Just No
This is not cheese and its not like cheese. I used this as a substitute when cooking for my vegan daughter in law and next time Ill just cook something that doesnt require a substitute for a normally non vegan ingredient.
