Preparation and Usage
Add 50g (approx. 3 full scoops) to 500ml of water and mix well.
This product is intended to be consumed within 30 minutes post-exercise and not mixed with milk as it will slow down the absorption rate.

Mixes well and tastes great
I absolutely love the taste of this although its very sweet. It mixes quickly and easily with no lumps so is great post-workout as a convenient recovery shake. Its well-formulated and the ingredients are science-backed. The only slight negatives for me are down to the use of soy rather than whey protein - it doesn't thicken up as much as some other products and the jury is still out on how much soy its safe for men to consume without triggering oestrogenic effects.
Drinkable
Smells like a nice hot chocolate powder, but I'd describe the taste after mixing as "tolerable". Still, I find it goes down easier after a run than a second pint of water does, and seems to help me not feel completely knackered. The addition of vitamins and minerals is a surprise, but it doesn't seem like it contains enough to be a problem when combined with my daily multivitamins...
