I love banana milkshakes

This is my favourite flavour of the whole bunch. I drink a bottle every morning since eating food after a long night of fasting makes me nauseous. And for me, it is filling until I have a light lunch. It tastes even better when its ice cold with ice and its watered down just a little to thin out the sugar and consistency. Without even trying I found Ive lost 2lbs in a week. Ive even noticed my back feeling a tad better. Every tastes differently to different people, so do yourself a favour and try it. If you dont like it you dont have to drink it anymore. Find what works with you by eliminating the things that dont. Good luck!

Review

I’m reviewing this product because I got a free sample from Ocado. It tastes awful and pity, really didn't enjoy this. Also there a better things you can eat for lunch with this amount of calories. Yuck!

Not bad but not great

I received a free sample to review. I wouldn't normally buy meal replacement shakes and treated them more as a drink to have with lunch. The flavour was pleasant but it left a bit of a chemically aftertaste. It didn't fill me up. I wouldn't buy again as it's not my kind of product, but if you like banana flavour milky drinks and want to lose weight then you will probably enjoy this!

Helping weight loss

I was sent these by Ocado for an honest review. I hadn’t used Slimfast shakes for years, having lived on them intermittently through my younger years. I think these days we are more attuned to artificial flavours - I certainly am- and banana flavour is probably less to my taste than others. So I personally wouldn’t say it’s delicious, but I would say that it’s nice enough and it definitely does its job as a meal replacement. I like the balance of nutrients - the vitamin and mineral levels are great. I think most of us are deficient in magnesium, for instance, and normal food often doesn’t provide enough, what with intensive farming etc. They’re quick and easy for on the go... and I find that ‘healthy’ snack bars are convenient, but often sugar loaded. I need to lose a few pounds, so I’d definitely consider getting myself some more of these Slimfast - I think I’ll experiment some different flavours.

Chemical Taste

Sent these to review Im guessing because I usually buy for goodness shakes and will be doing for the foreseeable. These have a really nasty after taste
