All goodness you will be pleased to hear! Firstly Soffles hate the thought of using the deep fat fryer, so each pitta chip is oven roasted to achieve the perfect unique crunch. Before they head to the heat they are given a good dose of Black Pepper, followed by a shakedown of olive oil and sea salt.

Definitely need a dip with them as these ones are very peppery strong flavour,lovely with Houmous

Crackers, not pita chips

They dont taste bad, but they are very dense and texture is something I would put with cheese, not as a pita chip.

Very Tasty

Difficult to stop eating once you start. Very peppery which I dont mind, but others might when eaten alone. Best to dip them in something like hummus or taramasalata.
