Easy

So easy to use. Once whipped up you can adjust consistency with water. If youre adding liquid food colouring, do it before adding extra water.

has its uses, but not for everything

This had a mousse-like consistency, almost like whipped cream rather than smooth icing. It stuck our gingerbread house together well, but didnt do nice details like hanging icicles which I could do with the Tate and Lyle one. Itll be fine for my Christmas cake though, so all in all its an ok product.

easy to use

This was so much easier to use than Id expected. Add water, mix up and thats it. Added it to the family Christmas cake and it looked/tasted great. Will definitely buy again next year.

Absolutely awful, didnt like the smell, flavour or consistency, avoid.

Expensive, but none of the mess of icing sugar and works like a dream. I added glycerine for a softer icing
