sweet mild ginger
Had this for Christmas breakfast on rye bread with real butter. Delish! I would call this a sweet marmalade with a light ginger flavour. Lots of peel. I find it very tasty and can certainly taste the light ginger. It would be good for those who dont like very bitter marmalade
where is the ginger?
I liked this, a nice sweet flavour. but I love ginger and I really couldn't taste it all all. not special but nice enough, but really not ginger.
tad disappointed
I was expecting a lot more flavour from the ginger. Wasnt much flavour of either. I dont think Ill buy again
Too much sugar
Sugar is sugar. Replacing regular white sugar (which is made from a plant btw) with sugar from fruit, makes no difference. Both are highly refined. So this product containing almost 60g of sugar per 100g is extremely high in sugar. There are other lovely reduced sugar marmalades on Ocado with half the sugar content.
Delicious with a hint of ginger
I love all St. Dalfour jams and this is my favourite. I love the combination of orange & ginger. And it is made without sugar which is a bonus as am trying to avoid refined sugar.
Love it
I just adore this combination of orange and ginger. Try it with a little Marmite as well sweet, spice and salt!
