Period freedom!

I love my menstrual cup. It keeps me in touch with how my period is going, gives overnight, worry free protection and is so much better for the planet than single use products. Did take some getting used to and finding your right fit but once you're there it's revolutionary.

good cup, but

I got this to replace a different brand menstrual cup that I had for a good long time, that had lost its shape and was starting to leak. Id always microwave sterilised my old one so I did the same with this one BUT it instantly lost its shape and structure and I dont think itll work properly anymore. I should have followed the instructions on the box and sterilised it in a pan. Dont use a microwave to sterilise it.

Size guide unhelpful and confusing

The size guide is confusing by the use of 'and' in the notes. I am over 30 but have never had children so it would seem none of the products are suitable for me. Size 3 turns out to be too big as it doesn't unfold once inserted, so that was a waste of money. I may try a Size 2 at some point but that's for under 30 year olds so probably won't work either. I really like the concept and know people who think they're fab but I just don't get why the size guides are so restrictive and unhelpful

Game Changer

I used to leak very quickly with super plus tampons. I do not have this issue at all with this cup! Its an absolute game changer and has completely revolutionised my life with heavy periods. Admittedly it took a little while to work out the best way to fit, but worth spending a little time working it out. Ive recommended to others.

I found the stem uncomfortable - its pretty hard and ends up poking where it shouldnt.

so pleased I tried this!!

Im a newbie to moon cups after being a constant tampon wearer and thought Id try this out based on reviews and Im so glad I did! Have been using so far for 3 days in to my monthly cycle and its great! So comfortable I dont even know its there, can leave for 9/10 hours without it being full, totally converted!!
