Seafood \- really ?
I’m a huge fan of Ocado but I’m not sure they read reviews ? This is marketed as a seafood poke bowl, but it is awful. A shredded crab stick (maybe one), minuscule and scant prawns, hard rice , utterly flavourless, not worth buying at all, it should be discontinued.
Lovely light lunch bowl
I don't know what the other reviewers ate but I find this poke salad absolutely delicious! The dressing and ingredients are very tasty so please ignore the reviews and make up your own mind!

I must express my profound disappointment, for I find myself utterly flabbergasted by the audacious culinary chicanery I have encountered. To call these morsels of seafood sticks a mere "sprinkle" is to perform a gross disservice to the word itself. One cannot help but wonder, in the grand tapestry of gastronomy, why not bestow upon us the entire seafood stick, a gesture that would have been as extravagant as it would have been delectable? The prawns, seemingly on a covert mission, were barely detectable. This dining experience left much to be desired, akin to a culinary disappearing act. In sum, my dear shoppers, if you yearn for a seafood experience that transcends the mundane, perhaps it would be prudent to seek a dining establishment more generous in their seafood stick and prawn endowments.
Overpriced rubbish \- the photo is a lie
This was sent as a substitution for a M&S prawn salad that was out of stock, and for the £4.50 price tag it's ludicrously overpriced. The photo shows fresh, green avocado and a generous amount of seafood but don't be fooled. This is a very small box of tasteless rice, topped with two slivers of browning avocado, six and a half tiny shrimps and a few almost invisible slivers of grated seafood stick. Refund requested because this is a ludicrous ripoff - and to boot it went off on the day of delivery, too!
Not as pictured
Brown slimey avocado not like the vibrant fresh green avocado pictured. Sea sticks were a pulverised mess, tiny flakes scattered on the top. Absolutely disappointed and will definitely not be ordering again. Would have added a picture if option was available.
