Brand
We use quality whole leaf only, not the dust found in regular tea bags; whole leaf is best. A tea worthy of worship belongs in our biodegradable "tea temple" - our spacious, transparent mesh bag allowing maximum room for perfect infusion.
We only use big, quality, whole leaves.
No dust. Big leaf = Big flavour. Simple.
100% natural. No artificial flavourings.
Our tea temples are plastic-free and nice and roomy.
We give back to the communities that bring us our tea.

strange taste
the ingredients are distinct but don't make a nice flavour overall
barb
Absolutely delicious. Clean, fresh taste and thirst quenching. I was looking for a change from my usual tea, and enjoyed this so much I have already ordered more.
very little flavour
I love the other teapig flavours, but these taste of nothing! Very disappointing
Really love these
I don't usually go for anything other than normal tea but tried these and love them. I know they are expensive but I think how much a tea or coffee in a cafe is and then think this is not so bad.
Bland with little flavour
Was looking forward to these tea bags but despite keeping the tea bag in for 10 minutes they impart very little flavour. There are better brands for ginger and lemon
Beware - Contains more liquorice root than lemon
Beware false marketing - Teapigs should call this Ginger and Liquorice - Product contains 30% Liquorice, only 5% Lemon, 65% Ginger -- the liquorice is overpowering and possibly not good if you have lowish blood pressure.
Review response
Supplier's response - Thanks for your feedback, our lemon and ginger blend contains sixty five percent ginger, twenty five percent lemongrass, five percent lemon peel and five percent liquorice root. Liquorice root has a stronger flavour when brewed for longer, so if you don't like the taste of liquorice, I would recommend only brewing for 3 minutes rather than 5 minutes. As this blend contains liquorice root, people with hypertension should avoid excessive consumption - as stated on the pack.
