literally no taste

I am so confused by the reviews - this stuff literally had no taste or flavour, it certainly wouldnt be a suitable replacement for fresh, you are better off using fresh ginger instead of this jarred galangal

Fresh and ready to use!

This can we really hard to find. This always tastes fresh and is sooooo easy to use. I love using this in soup etc. I use instead and along side ginger. It tastes like a weaker ginger

Perfect!

This is so convenient and readily available. Just add it to your cooking and you're done. No need to go to specialty shops that are out of the way to get the fresh version. Tastes just as good for my dishes.
