Very runny and tasteless
Very disappointing, had other products of theirs which have been nice but their mayo was really runny, oily and had very little flavour. It was a Christmas gift and just went in the bin.
Lovely creamy flavour
put on a spicy chicken wrap with some sweet chilly dressing, amazing
Xanthan gum
The worst mayonnaise I ever had. Really disappointed for a farm they put Xanthan gum in their products. Never waist my money on it again.
Greasy and no taste of garlic
Unfortunately this is not made with olive oil just a cheap rapeseed oil so the expected taste of mayonnaise is just not there, you get a horrid greasy taste instead. As for garlic: I just couldn't taste any. Leave well alone.
very acidic
Not sure should it be acidic, but find it to kill the proper taste of food. Shame, was expecting nice mayo to mix in with regular sauces
Best mayonnaise ever!
My family have been hooked on this garlic mayonnaise since we visited this company in the Isle of Wight last year. Beautiful, creamy and well balanced with a good garlic hit! Please consider stocking the Lemon Mayonnaise with black garlic by the same company and a wider range of their fresh garlic bulbs.
